Looks like my acting skills "deproved" over the years liao ^^

Straight to the point. As most of our chess club members know, we have competitions coming up at the end of this year. Short story long, I have been given the "honour" of collecting the consent forms (heex) The forms are very important because need to take money or something from the "chess account".

Anyways,the main idea is, I have to collect the forms by this week so that the account dose not close down on us (Otherwise I also dono what will happen lolx)
Hence we will be collecting the forms next week(13-17 october 2008).

J1s : Please bring your form when you come for training on Wednesday.
Latest by Thursday otherwise Coach will killz me(con me first) :p
J2s : Err. I not very sure whos going or not going.If possible can drop by
during training? Otherwise can call us using handphone??? :D
G batch : Ah! I not sure if can go competition but if you all come come
support us I'm sure everyone will be very appreciated :)

If in any case you do not have the form please inform us early so we can make the "neccesary arrangements"...
