well, i was complaining to yf about not having a proper photo archives and I ended up creating a photo site for chess club in the end.

i guess the title of 'sai gang warrior' of chess club is still mine after 3 generations! (should i be proud of that? i wonder...)

so now we have a chess photo site, the link is somewhere on the right hand side of the screen.

if you wanna add photos to the current collection PLEASE DO SO!!!!

the only thing you MUST do is to give the album a proper name and tag your photos properly, if not there's really no point in me (a super computer idiot) spending the whole night (i started at 7pm) trying to figure out the whole thing. (actually i did do a lot of other stuff while figuring it out, but ya, you get the picture) (pun intended)

erm... the username for the account is, sadly, my email address. (you don't expect me to create a email account for the chess club, do you??)

if you dunno, that means you are not smart and resourceful enough

as for the password, its a chess freak 7-number password that has to do with a horse, an assistant and a king.

haha... (that is if the 7 numbers i remembered is correct lar... but i got a feeling i remember it wrongly, so if you can't log in, its most probably my fault. please don't kill me)

oh well, i uploaded what i have to the site le, now its YOUR TURN (yes you, the one reading this!!!)

CHESS CLUB OUTING!! YEA!!!

we'll be taking a long walk from mount faber to west coast park, its 9km, so i guess its really a good bonding activity!

my mathematics teacher once told me that to do well in mathematics, you must first train your stamina, this applies to chess too... (i guess) so a 9km walk shall do us good! (i believe) =)

erm... cos i heard that kuanhua cant make it on sat morn, so i decided to change it to noon to evening. my fren took 4hrs to finish the course, so if we start at 2.30pm, we might reach west coast by 7pm (considering the fact that we have unhealthy ppl in our group who cant really walk, i.e. me)

the sun will set at 7.14pm that day.. (according to my daily observations of the stars, moon and clouds... haha.. jking... i got the info from national environment agency's webby) (but i'm not sure why nea's webby will have such info though)

so erm... i really wish the current j1s and j2s will appear!!!! (so that i will feel really superior... like.. hey~ i am ur senior, yea!!!)

oh ya... coach if u are reading this plz note that you are oso invited k? =D

erm... so.. all in all, here's the impt part:

outing: walk 9km
date: 28th june 2008 (half a year b4 my b'day! yea~)
time: 2.30pm
meeting location: harbourfront mrt station control
things to bring: MONEY! HANDPHONE! water, wear comfortable walking shoes (i'll personally murder whoever who wear high heels to meet us on that day), some biscuits (we can stock up at vivo on snacks if you want to~) insect repellant (not really necessary for all to bring, just make sure one person bring can le, the rest just leech), suntan lotion (same as insect repellant), chess set (wads chess club w/o chess set rite? unless you wan play blind chess lar), coach's homework (not sure if this batch has chess homework though), umbrella (in case it rains, we can hide under it and... play chess?)

it'll be really sweet if someone brings some nice sandwiches too... den we can have a picnic XD

ah... well... i guess tat's all for now... haha...

it'll be really really really sad if i end up walking the whole 9km ALONE.... and i think i'll come back murderous, so pleeeeeeeease come k?

Outing organised by Super Senior Superlihai Nancy! Okie for those who have no idea, Nancy is famous (among chess club la) for organising fun, interesting and memorable outings! So j1s and j2s please try and make it on that day ya! And people serving the army try to make it too? Been long since we have an outing yea (current juniors got outing before?)...
