ok...1st...Coach is very nice..he is still giving chess trainin to everyone after promo...for FREE..say THANK YOU!!..ok..i tk him on bahalf of chess club...

then there is another issue...sch only hav money to hire 1 coach for next year..tat means either i-chess coach or c-chess coach can teach us for next year...alternatively,we can decide each coach teaching for the each half of the year..but i proposed chess trainin by coach be held only every alternative weeks so that both i-chess and c-chess can hav continious training.but then if coach wan to come n teach us every week but not be paid in alternate weeks..it will be even better...so wad do coach think?wad do the J1 think for tis piece of news?reflections?haha..dont worry...just feel free to message me or give ur comments at the side message area..oh..ya...also remember to scroll down the message text area to check if u all hav miss out any impt info...tks!!:)

Lastly,i need to gather feedbacks from the J1..especially sayyong(treasure) regarding how un all think we can improve our budget for next year..also can tell me wad r ur needs and concerns..regarding chess club only..pls dont ask me in studies..lol..tks!!!

btw..chess club is NOT goin to shut down...(some seniors misunderstood)..just that we r preparin for promo..so we use this blog to exchange ideas..also since coach is teachin us chess after promo..i m not sure if he is also goin to teach the IDP(he will be paid..but in tis case he cannot con $$$ liao..he is earning money legally..haha..

News to J1...

All chess training will stop until further notice.That means no wed training and no fri training.This is due to 2 reasons.1.prepare 4 promo.2.Chess club run out of fund to pay coach.Dont panic...cos it is the same every ear..so training always stop after national day celebration.

Also since there is no training after further notice or maybe after promos,meanwhile chess club will not shut down...so all of us will be still required to visit this website oftenly so tat u all dont miss out anything.

Next,coach had a choice to teach us chess as an IDP(interest directed programme)after promos but we will have to pay since he is not paid by sch to teach chess club for the time being.But of course IDP also allow non-chess members to join so tat means our chess club is not unique anymore...:(

Also,because coaching fees per week for I-chess n c-chess coach is $180 which work out to be $900 a month,so next year,sch can only afford 1 coach for the whole year..i was not told if it will b c-chess or i-chess...so cross ur fingers...haha..

Lastly,the chess jacket,how many J1 ppl wanna hav it...the cost will be around $35.
if u all dont wan it,sms me at 82030331(if u all still dont hav my no..haha..)so if i dont receive ur sms,tat mean i will order for u all n u all will hav to pay...hehhe..the design will be very simple(i plann 2 just have the word 'shuai'at the back of the jacket and a small logo of i-chess pieces at the front) ..as for the overall design,we will hav to depend on wad the shops got cos we cant custom-made..it mus be sometink the shop already got..but we will choose a black background and a few strips so tat it wont b so plain...

MOst lastly,the two newcomers to chess club-hui yan & fannney..err..i feel tat u all hav not learnt anything much from chess club...n coach wilkl not hav much time to teach u all more...so maybe kin leong(our section leader)and the others in chess club can help these two girls..tks a lot...
